Ebook Refund Policy
If you do not like the downloading process of getting your ebooks from my bookshop, you have 30 days from the time of your order to request a refund. Books that have been successfully downloaded to your device are not eligible for a refund. Once the book is on your device, you now have possession of the book and it cannot be removed. Therefore, since you maintain possession of the digital content, a refund cannot be processed.

If you purchased eBooks but wanted paperbacks, please contact me at Stephenia@StepheniaMcGee.com. We will issue a gift card in the amount of your ebook purchase to be applied to a paperback purchase from the store.
Print Book Return Policy
All sales are FINAL on paperback print books
All paperbacks are new and are carefully packaged. Each book we send out has never been handled by another reader, so you never have to worry if you are getting anything other than a brand new book.
Therefore, we do not accept returns on paperback books unless there was an error in our shipping department and you were sent the wrong book. Please see the following shipping policy for details and exceptions.

Books usually ship 1-5 business days after ordering. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number.
All orders are provided with shipping information and we do our best to ensure every book gets to you on time. However, please be aware that we have no control over the US Postal Service or UPS and delays in their delivery. For lost packages, please email me at Stephenia@StepheniaMcGee.com
Free Shipping applies to Economy shipping only. Express options are not covered in the free shipping discount.
If the address you provided is incorrect or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, a refund (minus shipping charges) will be issued once the books are returned if the box is undamaged, unopened, and the books inside are still in new condition. If the books are damaged, no refund will be issued.
If the books are successfully delivered and you refuse them, no refund will be issued.
If your tracking shows that your books are damaged during transit, please contact me at Stephenia@StepheniaMcGee.com so that I can send you a replacement order. If you do not contact me, I likely won't know that your order has been damaged.
We retain the right to choose the shipping carrier and speed for all orders receiving free shipping.
For paid shipping, in some cases it may still be necessary to change shipping providers from the one you selected due to known issues or expected delays with your selected carrier in order to get your book(s) to you as quickly as possible. If you paid for shipping and we needed to change the carrier, you will be notified via email with the reason.
**Other certain conditions may be eligible for a paperback refund if you contact me. However, please note that in these cases all shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. If you paid the initial shipping cost, it will be refunded and the cost of the return shipping will be deducted. If you received free shipping, both the initial cost of shipping and the return label cost will be deducted from your refund.
