Shipping policy

USA shipping

Books usually arrive 10 -14 business days after ordering. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. 

Please be aware if you choose US Media Rate Shipping that it does not come with tracking and insurance and that media rate shipping is subject to longer than expected delivery times. For tracking and more reliable shipping estimations, please choose either priority or priority express shipping. 

All orders are provided with shipping information and we do our best to ensure every book gets to you on time. However, please be aware that we have no control over the US Postal Service and delays in their delivery. For lost packages, please contact your local post office with the shipping information we provided. 

 

International Shipping

Orders from Canada, Australia, and the UK include free flat rate economy shipping. 

Books in Australia and the UK are printed at local printing facilities and shipped directly to the reader. Please allow up to 10 - 14 business days for printing and shipping. Canadian books are shipped from the United States facility and may take slightly longer. Please allow 12-15 business days for processing & shipping.
