How do I download the eBooks from you?

Once you complete your purchase, you will receive a few emails to the email address you used at checkout. One will be from BookFunnel and will contain your unique download links. (Be sure to check your spam folder!) Simply click the link and follow the instructions to get your books delivered to any reading app or device.

What if I didn't get the email with the download links?

If your email server gobbled up your email with your download links, no worries. You can always access any book you've purchased from me in your BookFunnel Library. Use the email address you used at checkout as your login and create a password. From here, you can download any of your books at any time! https://bookfunnel.com/my-bookfunnel-library/

Why did my download link expire?

Download links will expire after a few days in order to keep them secure. If you didn't download your book before the link expires, no worries!

Do I have to read eBooks I buy from you on my computer?

No! These are premium eBooks that can be read on any device. Download any free reading app for your smart phone or tablet. You can also read them on your Nook or any type of Kindle.

Will the eBooks automatically show up on my kindle or nook?

No. In order for every reader to download to their favorite device, these will not show up automatically to your kindle or nook like they do when you buy from Amazon or Barnes and Noble. But getting the books on those devices is quick and easy! Simply click the link sent to you from BookFunnel and follow a couple of simple steps.

Do your books come in paperback or audio?

Do I use my kindle's @kindle email address?

No. Please do NOT use your @kindle email address at checkout. You will get a series of emails that include your order confirmation, download links, and download instructions. These cannot be delivered to an @kindle email. Once you have the download links, you can then use your kindle email to send the books to your kindle.

Why isn't the advertised discount applied to my order?

A couple of things may have happened. First, remember the new reader discounts are only available once per reader, so if you've used it before, you can't use it again.

Second, if you didn't click the advertised link and instead added the books to the cart yourself, the discount won't automatically apply. You'll have to manually add in the discount at checkout. 

If you are ordering the historical novels enter the code historical-bestseller-deal and click "apply"


If you are ordering the Back Inn Time time travel series, enter the code crazy-good-discount and click "apply"

If you are using the 10% off code as my thank you for buying directly from me, please remember this code doesn't apply to already discounted ebook boxed sets and paperback bundles. Offer also cannot be stacked with any other discounts.
