1. How do I download the eBooks from you?

Once you complete your purchase, you'll see a download button to click on your order confirmation page. This takes you to your BookFunnel Library page. Click the book you want to download, then click the "get my book" button. At this point you can choose where you want to read your book - select kindle, nook, or any other device to send your book over.

After your first purchase, you now have your own BookFunnel library bookshelf. Download the free BookFunnel reading app on your smartphone or tablet. Sign in using the email address you used at checkout and create a password.

Any book you purchase from me after your very first purchase will now instantly show up in your library!

No need to click any links or wait for any emails. Read directly in the cloud reader on the app, or click "read on another app" to send your book to any eReader of your choice.

You also received an email from me that says "how to download your books" as well as an email from BookFunnel that contains your download links.

These are sent to the email address you used at checkout. (Be sure to check your spam folder!) Simply click the link and follow the instructions to get your books delivered to any reading app or device.

You can also find your books at any time in the BookFunnel library. Simply use the email address you used at checkout as your login.

If you read on a smartphone, tablet, or kindle fire, I recommend downloading the free BookFunnel reading app from your app store. Every book you purchase from me will automatically show up in your library there (no need to download!) and all you need to do is click a book cover to start reading! 

2. What if I didn't get an email with the download links?

If your email server gobbled up your email with your download links, no worries!

3. Why did my download link expire?

This does not mean your book expired. Any book you purchase from me is 100% yours forever. 

Download links will expire after a few days in order to keep them secure. But, no worries!

All of your books are instantly in your BookFunnel library immediately after purchase. Download the free BookFunnel reading app from your app store and login using the email address you used at checkout. Any book you ever purchase from me will instantly show up there. No need to worry about book codes or download links. Simply sign in and click "library."

4. Do I have to read eBooks I buy from you on my computer?

No! These are premium eBooks that can be read on any device. They are the exact same book files you would purchase from Amazon or Barnes & Noble and you can read them on your Nook, any type of Kindle, and all other eReader devices.

5. Will the eBooks automatically show up on my eReader?

It depends on your device. If you read on a smartphone, tablet, or kindle fire, then I recommend downloading the free BookFunnel reading app. You can do that by tapping here:https://getbookfunnel.com/

All of your books will immediately be in your library after purchase, so all you have to do is click a cover and start reading! It works just like a kindle reading app.

If you have a different type of eReader, please note that in order to have the books available for multiple types of devices, the books will not show up automatically to your kindle or nook like they do when you buy from Amazon or Barnes and Noble. But getting the books on those devices is quick and easy! Simply click the download button on your order confirmation page (or the link emailed to you immediately after purchase from BookFunnel) and click "get my book" and then choose your type of device from the menu.

6. Do your books come in paperback or audio?

7. Do I use my kindle's @kindle email address at checkout?

No. Please do NOT use your @kindle email address at checkout. You will get an order confirmation and download instructions emailed to you. These cannot be delivered to an @kindle email. After purchase, click the download button on the order confirmation page. Once you select kindle, then you will use your @Kindle email address to use the send to kindle feature.

 

8. Why isn't the advertised discount applied to my order?

A couple of things may have happened. First, sometimes a discount only applies once per reader, so if you've used it before, you can't use it again. Or, the special discount may have expired.

Second, if you didn't click the provided link and instead added the books to the cart yourself, the discount might not automatically apply. You'll have to manually add in the discount code at checkout.

10. What is your 30 day money back guarantee policy?

I understand buying eBooks directly from the author is a slightly different process than purchasing them from Amazon and Barnes & Noble. I've worked hard to make sure the download process is as simple as possible. However, if you try it and you don't like it, all you have to do is email me within 30 days and I will issue you a refund. 

**Please note that this refund policy does not apply to books you have already read. Just like you don't buy a ticket to a movie, watch the entire movie, and then go back to the ticket counter to request a refund, once you have read a book it is no longer available for a refund. Unfortunately, due to the online trends of abusing the system and using purchased books like a library (remember the author still pays all of the transaction fees even after you get all of your money back) this stipulation is financially necessary. Thank you for understanding that being a full-time author is my job and how I care for my family.
