Shipping policy

USA shipping only

Books usually ship in 1-5 business days after ordering. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. 

All orders are provided with shipping information and we do our best to ensure every book gets to you on time, based on your chosen shipping method. However, please be aware that we have no control over the US Postal Service or the UPS and delays in their delivery. If your package is lost or damaged, please email me at Stephenia@StepheniaMcGee.com. 

If the address you provided is incorrect or deemed undeliverable by the carrier, a refund (minus shipping charges), will be issued once the books are returned if the box is undamaged, unopened, and the books inside are still in new condition. If the books are damaged, no refund will be issued.

If the books are successfully delivered and you refuse them, no refund will be issued.

If your tracking shows that your books are damaged during transit, please contact me at Stephenia@StepheniaMcGee.com so that I can send you a replacement order. If you do not contact me, I likely won't know that your order has been damaged.

Free shipping applies to economy shipping only. If you need faster shipping, please pay for a faster shipping speed.

We retain the right to choose the shipping carrier and speed for all orders receiving free economy shipping. Please note the free shipping doesn't apply to any shipping you choose, but only to an economy level shipping regardless of the options offered.

For paid shipping, in some cases it may still be necessary to change shipping providers from the one you selected due to known issues or expected delays with your selected carrier in order to get your book(s) to you as quickly as possible. If you paid for shipping and we needed to change the carrier, you will be notified via email with the reason.

 **Other certain conditions may be eligible for a paperback refund if you contact me. However, please note that in these cases all shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. If you paid the initial shipping cost, it will be refunded and the cost of the return shipping will be deducted. If you received free shipping, both the initial cost of shipping and the return label cost will be deducted from your refund.
